8 Limbs of Yoga - Philosophy & Yoga Class (online)

Each week, we will explore one of the eight limbs of yoga followed by an all-levels yoga class. Since we are practicing in the evening (east coast time), you can expect a yin / restorative style yoga class. Find a comfortable space with a yoga mat where you can feel relaxed.



Format:
Yoga philosophy teaching (10 minutes)
Yin / restorative yoga class (25 minutes)
Shavasana relaxation (5 minutes)

No experience needed. All levels welcome.
