Smoothie (Blueberry, Cucumber & Sprouts)

Looking for a refreshing smoothie packed with antioxidants? Give this one a try! 

Here's what you'll need:
2 cups frozen blueberries 
1/2 cucumber 
1 handful of sprouts (I used alfalfa)
H2O

Extra credit
1 teaspoon maca powder
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon hemp seeds

Steps: 
1) Place all ingredients into the blender.
2) Add water so that it covers 2/3rds of the ingredients 
3) Blend until smooth 
4) Enjoy! Top with almonds, walnuts, goji berries or whatever you like!
