Plant-Based "Chili" (Raw Vegan)

This is a summertime favorite. Healthy, easy to make and filled with flavor. You can think of this dish as a "summer version" of your traditional winter chili. Here's what you'll need:

Chili Base
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 fresh tomatoes (finely chopped)
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes 
1/4 cup raisins
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin

Chili Mix -ins 
1/2 cup celery (finely chopped)
1/2 cup carrots (finely chopped)

1) Place all chili base ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well combined, keeping it a little chunky.
2) Gently stir your chili mix-ins
3) Transfer to a bowl and enjoy!
