
Sweet Potato Hash
2 sweet potatoes
Oil Oil or Coconut Oil
Salt & Pepper
Paprika
1) Heat the oil in a pan
2) Thinly slice the sweet potatoes (I used the slicing blade on my food processor to save time).
3) Cook the potato slices in the lightly oiled pan, for about 20 minutes with the cover
4) Season with salt, pepper and paprika

Roasted Cauliflower
1 head of cauliflower
Olive oil or Coconut Oil
Spicy Curry Finishing Salt, Turmeric, Mustard Powder
1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2) Cut the cauliflower head into pieces (discarding the hard stem)
3) Drizzle with oil and toss with the spices
4) Bake, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes
